General Questions
We take students as early as 3 years old and they will be joining a class dedicated for their age group called, Little Dragons.
No, we have new students starting all the time and we will schedule your class to make sure you receive the proper attention as a beginner.
No, you do not hit anyone in our school.
We do offer an Olympic style sparring class for our competition team with proper protective gears and this class is voluntary.
No, we will not teach you how to fight. We teach self defense that will give you more confidence, focus, discipline and respect through Korean Martial Art, Taekwondo.
Throughout the year, we offer anti- bullying workshop, active shooter class, and ladies self defense class.
The Black Belt in Taekwondo is symbol of an advanced level of skills as well as above average physical, mental, and emotional strength.
The length of study necessary to attain a Black Belt varies depending on your effort and dedication. On average, our students train for a period of two to three years to attain Black Belt status. From there, the real journey and challenges begin!
We have separate programs for children, teens and adults. Our Little Dragons classes are an age specific program for children between 3-5 years old. Children and adult classes start from age 6 & up. Our teens and adult classes start from ages 13 & up. We are confident that our solid program can satisfy the needs for students of any age.
No, you do not need to sign a contract but most of our students do commit to an extended-length course. Depending on which Belt you wish to achieve, we offer various short-term and long-term course plans.
In order to attain benefits and progress at a reasonable rate we recommend that students attend classes twice a week. Classes for all levels and ages held several times a day six days a week and students are able to choose the classes that work out best for them.
